      目的: 观察加味麻杏石甘汤对呼吸道合胞病毒感染模型大鼠血清TNF-α、 ECP及肺组织 病理的影响。方法: 28只SD大鼠被随机分成正常对照组、 病毒感染模型组、 加味麻杏石甘汤组和 地塞米松治疗组, 每组7只。除正常对照组外, 另三组经呼吸道合胞病毒滴鼻吸入感染7天, 建立 病毒感染模型。第8天起, 正常组、 模型组给予生理盐水10g/kg灌胃, 加味麻杏石甘汤组按30g/kg 给予加味麻杏石甘汤水溶液灌胃, 地塞米松组按0.1mg/kg给予12mg/L地塞米松灌胃。采用酶联免 疫吸附法检测大鼠血清TNF-α、 ECP含量, 光镜下观察各组大鼠肺组织炎症变化情况。结果: 与正 常组比较, 模型组大鼠血清TNF-α、 ECP水平均升高 (P<0.05, P<0.01); 与模型组比较, 加味麻杏石 甘汤组、 地塞米松组TNF-α、 ECP水平均降低 (P<0.05或P<0.01); 加味麻杏石甘汤组与地塞米松组 TNF-α、 ECP水平差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05); 模型组大鼠肺组织病理显示肺泡壁中重度增厚, 肺 间质大量炎性细胞浸润, 加味麻杏石甘汤组和地塞米松组大鼠肺组织病理明显改善。结论: 加味 麻杏石甘汤水溶液可有效抑制呼吸道合胞病毒感染模型大鼠血清TNF-α、 ECP。

      Objective: To observe the effects of JiaWeiMaXingShiGan decoction on serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) and lung pathology in rats infected by respiratory syncytial virus(RSV). Methods: Twenty-eight rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, including normal control group, RSV infection model group, JiaWeiMaXingShiGan decoction group, and dexamethasone (DXM)group(each n=7).Three groups were dropped into nasal cavity with RSV for 7 days to replicate the animal models infected by the virus except the normal control group.From the 8th day, the rats in the JiaWeiMaXingShiGan decoction group were intragastrical? ly administrated by the concentration of 30g/kg JiaWeiMaXingShiGan decoction. The rats in the DXM group were intragastrically administrated by the concentration of 12 mg/L DXM as 0.1 mg/kg daily for 7 days. The con? tents of ECP and TNF-α were detected with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) . Lung pathological changes of all groups were observed. Results: Compared with the normal control group, the contents of TNF-α and ECP in the RSV infection model group were significantly elevated (P<0.05 and P<0.01).Compared with the model group, the contents of TNF-α and ECP in the JiaWeiMaXingShiGan decoction group and DXM group were significantly lowered (P<0.05 or P<0.01) .The contents of TNF-α and ECP in the JiaWeiMaXingShiGan decoction group and DXM group were not markedly different(P>0.05) .Lung pathological changes of RSV infected model group was thicker alveolar walls and inflammatory cellsin pulmonary interstitial cells, while these changes were much attenuated in the JiaWeiMaXingShiGan decoction group and DXM group. Conclusion: JiaWeiMaXingShiGan decoction can reduce the serum content of ECP and TNF-α in rats infected by RSV.
