      【】目的 探究在卒中后吞咽功能障碍患者中实施揿针联合肌电生物反馈(
EMGBF)的疗效及对血液流动学的影响。方法选取我院2020年3月~2022年3月收治的124例脑卒中后具有吞咽功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组(n=62)及试验组(n=62),对照组给予肌电生物反馈治疗,试验组予以揿针联合肌电生物反馈治疗,每天1次,共治疗4周。于治疗前后分别比较两组患者的临床总有效率、标准吞咽功能评定(SSA)评分、洼田饮水试验、才藤分级及表面肌电信号(sEMG)。结果治疗后,与对照组相较,试验组总有效率、才藤分级显著提高,洼田饮水评分及SSA评分显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组相比,试验组sEMG平均波幅显著高于对照组,吞咽时长显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论揿针联合肌电生物反馈治疗可有效提高卒中患者吞咽功能及改善血液流变学,提高了临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

      [Abstract] Objective: To explore the curative effects of thumb-tack needles for subcutaneous embedding combined with electromyography biofeedback (EMGBF) on patients with post-stroke dysphagia. Methods: A total of 124 patients with post-stroke dysphagia were selected from those admitted to our hospital between March 2020 and March 2022, and were randomly divided into the control group (n=62) and the experimental group (n=62). The control group was given EMG biofeedback treatment while the experimental group was given EMGBF combined with a thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding, once daily for a total of 4 weeks. The two groups of patients were compared for total effective rate, standardized swallowing assessment (SSA) scores, water swallow test, dysphagia severity scale (DSS) and surface electromyography (sEMG). Results: After treatment, compared to the control group, the total effective rate, water swallow test and DSS were significantly higher in the experimental group, while the SSA score was significantly reduced (P<0.05). After treatment, compared to the control group, the experimental group had significantly higher average amplitude and lower swallowing duration (P<0.05). Conclusion: Thumb-tack needles combined with EMGBF can effectively improve the swallowing function, which enhances the clinical curative effect and is worth clinical promotion.
